ESR Wednesday Track Workout - 2x2K, 2x400

Kirkland Middle School - Start time is at 6:00PM.

We'll meet at the middle school and do the workout on the CKC trail, so bring your lights.

We are still trying to find another track for the winter, hopefully LWHS.
