4 mile: through Ravenna park, up Ravenna Ave to Green Lake and back 
7 mile: through Ravenna park, around Green Lake, and back
10 mile: through Ravenna park, up Ravenna ave, around Green Lake, through Woodland Park, down Freemont Ave, back on the Burke-GIlman 

Any distance: out and back on the Burke-Gilman trail.
