March and April sign ups are now available for the weekly runs that take place on Monday, Wednesday (Track, ESR members only), Thursday and Saturday  

Join ESR members at the Tacoma City Marathon on April 29th and 30th. Run the 5K on the 29th and/or the 1/2 or Full Marathon on the 30th.  Not up to a race on your own?  Form a team of ESR members and run the marathon relay!  Contact a board member if you are interested in being a relay captain.

Save the date:  The ESR Summer picnic will be held on the afternoon of Sunday, August 28.  This is a free event to all paid ESR members and their families.  Watch this space for further details!

Be a part of history and run with team ESR in the 100th running of the Perrigo Park run.  ESR member Dean Faber will be there to guide those who have not participated in a parkrun before.  There is no entry fee, but is very well organized, is a timed run and a heck of a lot of fun.

No need to sign up, but check out the Perrigo Parkrun website before you go.  Enhance your race day experience by getting a personal barcode (only need to do this once) before you  attend.  Make sure to bring your barcode to the event.   

We have received notice that the LWHS track is now available for us to use on Tuesdays through the summer.  The first workout there is on Tuesday 6/28/2022.
