From I-405: Take exit 26 for WA-527 Bothell-Everett Highway towards Bothell/Mill Creek. Go north (right) on WA-527 for 2.6 miles to 183rd Street SE (right after passing Gold's Gym on the left). Turn left onto 183rd Street and go .5 miles. North Creek Park will be on your right.

From I-5: Take exit 186 for WA-96 E/128th Street SW. Go east (left) on WA-96 E/128th Street SW for .7 miles. Turn right onto Dumas Road and go .6 miles until you reach WA-527. Turn right (south) onto WA-527 and drive 3.1 miles until you reach 183rd Street SE. Turn right onto 183rd Street and go .5 miles. North Creek Park will be on your right.

Meeting Location: North Creek Park parking lot, NE corner. Park gate may not be open until 7 AM.

Breakfast: Pho Bothell, 18002 Bothell Everett Hwy Ste C3, Bothell, WA 98012 (Please note they don't open until 10 AM and may have a $5 minimum purchase for credit/debit cards)

Course Description: 8.5 mile lollipop course beginning at North Creek Park and heading north along the North Creek Trail. The full course extends all the way to McCollum Park before looping back onto the North Creek Trail. Runners may turn around at any point for an out-and-back shorter distance. The course is mostly paved with the exception of a .75 mile floating boardwalk through North Creek Park. There is one traffic light to cross at 164th Street SE on the way out/back.

Runners wanting to extend their distance have two options: 1) Instead of an out-and-back, cross HWY 527 after exiting McCollum Park and run through the Mill Creek Nature Preserve and its surrounding neighborhood (total distance: 10 miles), or 2) Continue north on the Interurban Trail.
