Driving directions:

From I-405 southbound, take exit 5 toward Park Ave N. Keep right at the fork and merge onto NE Park Dr. At bottom of hill, turn left at the second light, Park Ave N, and the next right onto N 10th Place. Shortly after the movie theater, take a right into the parking garage adjacent to The Balanced Athlete. Meet at The Balanced Athlete.

Course description: Run starts at 8:30am
Map below shows 6 or 11 mile options, but run any distance on this out and back route. We'll go a short distance to Gene Coulon Beach Park, run the full length of the 1 mile long park. At about 1.6 miles, the rest of the run is along the NEW Eastside Rail Corridor trail along the shores of Lake Washington (Eastside Rail Corridor - South Segment)
