From I-405, take Exit 26 - Bothell-Everett Hwy 527 - North 4 miles to Mill Creek, turn left at the light on 164th St SE, and right into the shopping center.

Parking: near McDonald's in the shopping center at the intersection of Bothell-Everett Hwy and 164th St SE. We meet near the corner next to the McDonald's.

Breakfast: Firestation Gourmet Deli, 1511 Main Street #A-105, 98012. It is kitty-corner from LA Fitness in Mill Creek Town Center, a few minutes north of where we start...  http://www.firestationdeli.com/news.php. If you can't find street parking, there's an underground parking lot behind the restaurant.


Course Description: Run starts at 8:30am (ROUTE MAPS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE RUN)

There are three suggested courses: 4.3, 6.4 and 8.3 miles. All follow paved trails and sidewalks through the Nature Preserve and residential neighborhoods.

  4.3 mile course mile
1. Follow the trail into the Nature Preserve 0
2. Right at the fork towards the clubhouse 0.5
3. Left on trail towards Holly across bridge (see sign) 1.0
4. Right on Mill Creek Blvd. 1.5
5. Mill Creek Blvd. becomes Village Green Dr. 1.7
6. Right at the traffic light onto Mill Creek Rd. 4.0
7. Finish at Bothell-Everett Hwy and 164 St. 4.3
 
  6.4 mile course mile
1. Follow the trail into the Nature Preserve 0
2. Right at the fork towards the clubhouse 0.5
3. Left on trail towards Holly across bridge (see sign) 1.0
4. Right on Mill Creek Blvd. 1.5
5. Mill Creek Blvd. becomes Village Green Dr. 1.7
6. Left on 20th Dr. into Vine Maple 1.9
7. Left on 23rd Ave. past the gate 2.3
8. Left at 'T' on 136 St SE 2.5
9. Cross Bothell-Everett Hwy, continuing straight onto Dumas Rd 3.0
10. Left at P&R, left again onto paved trail. Follow trail for 2.5 miles (Right at first ‘T’, at 1st trail exit take right then immediate right after bridge back onto trail, at 2nd exit near Jamba Juice take right & right back onto trail, at 3rd exit at retention pond take right) 3.6
11. Exit trail (right onto Mill Creek Blvd) 6.1
12. Left at 164th St SE 6.3
13. Return to McDonalds parking lot 6.4
 
  8.3 mile course mile
1. Follow the trail into the Nature Preserve 0
2. Right at the fork towards the clubhouse 0.5
3. Left on trail towards Holly (see sign). 1.0
4. Right on Mill Creek Blvd. 1.5
5. Mill Creek Blvd. becomes Village Green Dr. (stay straight) 1.7
6. Left on Mill Creek Rd at light. 3.7
7. Left on Thomas Lake Rd (35th Ave SE) at light. 5.0
8. Left on 148th St SE at light. 5.2
9. Right at Village green Dr at stop sign. 5.6
10. Village Green Dr. becomes Mill Creek Blvd (stay straight) 6.4
11. Left at playground onto trail (just past 14th Ave SE), opposite of the way we came out at 1.5 mile mark. 6.7
12. Right at the "T" on trail. 7.1
13. Finish at Bothell-Everett Hwy and 164th St SE. 8.3
