From I-405 North
Take exit 20A NE 116th St. Turn left onto NE 116th staying in the leftmost lane which will keep you going straight on NE 116th.Continue west 2+ miles until you come to 98th Ave NE which is a major intersection. Turn right onto 98th Ave NE. Everyday Athlete is about .5 mile on your left and is part of Juanita Village.
From 520 East, you have two options:
A. Take I-405 North and follow the directions above.
B. Take the Lake Washington Blvd NE/Kirkland exit from 520 East.
a. Merge onto Lk Washington Blvd NE and take this all the way to downtown Kirkland until it ends (this is the scenic route J) at the intersection of Central Way.
b. Turn left onto Central Way, stay in the right lane and turn right onto Market St.
c. Proceed north on Market St which will turn into 98th Ave NE. Go about 2.5 miles.
d. Everyday Athlete is about .5 mile on your left after you go through the intersection of 98th Ave NE and 116th. Parking is on the street on 98th Ave NE or in the ample parking spots in Juanita Village which you can enter by turning left after Everyday Athlete and Brix restaurant on the corner.

Course Details: There will be 3, 5.4, 11 and 16 mile options. This run coincides with Everyday Athlete’s Saturday morning run, so should be a great crowd. All of the runs will start from Everyday Athlete heading South, go through the Juanita Bay Park, head ‘up’ through the West of Market neighborhood and on into downtown Kirkland for the longer distances looping back through Kirkland to make your way back to Everyday Athlete.

5.4 miles and 3 miles - These are out and back runs. The 3 mile run turns around at the top of 14th Ave West (long uphill) where it crests at 6th St West and doubles back to Everyday Athlete.
11 mile route
16 mile route - First 9 miles are the same as the 11 mile route, so you can decide to do 11 or 16 based on how you are feeling at 9 miles.
